In order to return the cost paid for the event (concert ticket, etc.), you should send us application to
support@we-media.group with the following information:
Name, Surname and contact number, email.
How did you buy the ticket?
Cost and number of ticket.
We also kindly ask you to attach your ticket to the application.
Your application would be cheked within 10 (ten) working days.
Please note the service fee charged by the Tickets. cloud and other services are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you are entitled to refuse the purchased ticket without giving reasons and paying a fine, provided that the event promoter is notified within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase of the ticket.
In other cases, including the force majeure сircumstances caused by restrictive measures taken by state authorities, cancellation of the concert due to the artist’s illness or other circumstances, the occurrence of which does not depend on the event promoter, no more than 60% of the amount paid for the ticket is refundable.
Also, at the request of the Buyer, he/she could be provided with a ticket to another event in cases specified by the event promoter.
